AMU will launch a one-year post graduate diploma course in 'Islamic Banking and Finance' based on tenets of Shariah.

The seventh group of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) has completed the Arabic and Islamic Orientation Course held at the Philippine Embassy in co-operation with the Philippine Overseas Labour Office.

Later, a course in fundamentals of Islamic finance was introduced, which provides the basic touch points of the Islamic finance industry.

The Islamic Center of Irving, 2555 Esters Road, will offer a free Discover Islam course open to the public on Oct. 5, 12, and 19.
